Peach Resin and Gum Tragacanth Dessert
Ingredients (Serve for 4):
- 20g Peach Resin
- 15g Gum Tragacanth
- 8 pieces Dried Longans
- 4 pieces Red Dates
- 1000ml Water
- 10g Rock Sugar
Instructions:
- Soak peach resin and gum tragacanth for overnight until soft. Remove the impurities. Wash and drain until clean. Set aside.
- Wash the dried longans and soak until soft. Set aside.
- Wash the red dates and remove seeds. Cut in half and set aside.
- Put some rock sugar in the boiling water. Add peach gum, gum tragacanth, dried longans and red dates and cook for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
