Peach Resin and Gum Tragacanth Dessert

Ingredients (Serve for 4):

  • 20g Peach Resin
  • 15g Gum Tragacanth
  • 8 pieces Dried Longans
  • 4 pieces Red Dates
  • 1000ml Water
  • 10g Rock Sugar


  1. Soak peach resin and gum tragacanth for overnight until soft. Remove the impurities. Wash and drain until clean. Set aside.
  2. Wash the dried longans and soak until soft. Set aside.
  3. Wash the red dates and remove seeds. Cut in half and set aside.
  4. Put some rock sugar in the boiling water. Add peach gum, gum tragacanth, dried longans and red dates and cook for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
