Online Nutrition Talk: What kind of food can help build up good body immunity?

Demonstration: Japanese Salmon Tofu and Vegetable Hotpot (For 2 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 600ml water 
  • Miso – 1.5 tablespoons
  • Carrot (sliced) – 1
  • Mushroon (sliced) – 2
  • Welsh onion (sliced) – 1 
  • Salmon steak (chopped) – 1 
  • Tofu (chopped) – 1

Instructions:

1. Add miso when the water is boiled. Mix well.

2. Add carrot, mushroon, welsh onion, salmon and tofu.

3. Cover the pot with lid and wait under the salmon is cooked. Ready to serve.
