Cinnamon Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • 168g sugar
  • 112g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla oil
  • 280g self-rising flour
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 apples (peeled, sliced)
  • 56g raisins

Instruction

  1. Oven preheated to 170°C.
  2. Mix whisked eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla oil together.
  3. Add self-rising flour, cinnamon powder and salt.
  4. Stir with sliced apples and raisins.
  5. Pour the batter on the cake mold. Put in the oven and bake for 55 minutes.
  6. Cool down the cake and ready to serve.
