Avocado Chicken Wrap

Ingredients (serve for 2):
- Avocado, half piece in large size OR 1 piece in small size (sliced)
- 150g of chicken breast, diced and marinated with oil, salt and pepper for 15 minutes
- 4 slices of romaine lettuces (washed)
- Half piece of sweet red pepper (seeded and stripped)
- 2 tablespoons of salad dressings
- 2 pieces of Mexican wraps
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instruction:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, stir in diced chicken breast and cook until browned. Add sweet red pepper and fry for 1 minute. Set aside.
- Put romaine lettuce on the Mexican wrap, then put chicken breast, sweet red pepper, avocado and salad dressings on top, wrap and ready to serve.
