Stir-fried Sliced Celtuce with Garlic

Ingredients (serve for 2):

  • Celtuce 1 piece (peeled and sliced)
  • Garlic 2 cloves (chopped)
  • Shallot 2 pieces (chopped)
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Instruction:

  1. Heat up the oil in a cooking pan and sauté the garlic and red onion
  2. Stir-fry the sliced celtuce until it becomes soft
  3. Season with salt and it is ready to serve
