Stir-fried Sliced Celtuce with Garlic

Ingredients (serve for 2):
- Celtuce 1 piece (peeled and sliced)
- Garlic 2 cloves (chopped)
- Shallot 2 pieces (chopped)
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Instruction:
- Heat up the oil in a cooking pan and sauté the garlic and red onion
- Stir-fry the sliced celtuce until it becomes soft
- Season with salt and it is ready to serve
